Assistant Manager Human Resources

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support key HR functions and ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Pakistan’s labor laws, HR systems, and end-to-end operational processes, including payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and interaction with government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
Manage and implement HR policies and procedures across departments.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax laws.
Administer attendance and leave management systems.
Handle compensation and benefits planning and execution, including salary reviews and benefits administration.
Manage employee medical insurance, social insurance, and applied taxation responsibilities.
Ensure smooth execution of talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Address and resolve HR operational issues in coordination with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS data.
Communicate with government bodies (e.g., EOBI, SESSI, tax authorities) and manage external compliance.
Promote employee welfare initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Support staff engagement and development programs in collaboration with the HR team.
Collaborate on HR projects and continuous improvement of HR processes
