Purpose of the role:
The Multimedia Designer – Video & Graphics role in the Group Communications department plays a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual content that aligns with our corporate branding and communication objectives. This role will be responsible for designing compelling visual assets, producing high-quality videos, and creating animations that align with the organization’s brand and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create engaging video content (corporate videos, event coverage, promotional campaigns, internal communication videos, and social media content).
Handle video editing and post-production, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling.
Develop motion graphics, animations, and presentations for internal and external communication.
Design marketing and branding materials, including brochures, digital assets, off-set print designs and social media visuals.
Manage end-to-end video production, from conceptualization, storyboarding and shooting to editing and final delivery.
Design and develop engaging visual content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with corporate branding guidelines.
Maintain and organize a digital asset library, ensuring easy access and consistency across all media.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technology in video production, animation, and design tools.
Education:
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant field.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in multimedia/graphic design.
Proven track record of managing design projects from conception to delivery.
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills including stakeholder management.
Advanced knowledge and experience in video creation, editing, motion graphics, animation, and post-production, along with strong graphic design skills.
Familiarity with emerging technologies in graphic design, such as AI-driven design tools and virtual/augmented reality applications, is highly desirable.
Strong command of design principles and creative conceptualization.
Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software like After Effects and Davinci Resolve.
Familiarity with copyright laws and ethical design standards to ensure compliance.
Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, high attention to detail, and ability to meet established deadlines.
